Set on the Huntington Botanical Gardens' sprawling estate, the Monique Lhuillier Spring 2024 collection is an ode to the romance of an English Garden. This season is a harmonious blend of nature, femininity, and colour. The collection has Victorian influences, rich in floral laces with 3-dimensional wildflowers, luxurious textures, and varying hemlines. The season’s star, the Garden Rose, whimsically dances over exaggerated hemlines, sculpted corsetry, and full tulle skirts. Heritage silhouettes have been given a joyful update in embroidered laces, open-weave gazar and textured appliques. Sculptural capes and Watteau trains offer drama and versatility. A tailored A-line lace coat gives the collection a playful touch, while Mikado dresses in varying lengths offer versatility for the modern bride. Modest or not, embracing classic silhouettes can turn even the most minimal soiree into a grand royal affair.
A portion of the new collection is available to shop in Browns Bride in London. For more information and to find the full list of stockists, go to moniquelhuillier.com.
