Mairead and Phil decided to fly from Ireland all the way to elope in Central Park in New York City, just the two of them. Their intimate affair was held at the Ladies Pavilion, right on the lake. The couple were thankful for the great weather that they had on the day, and decided to take advantage of the New York sunshine. They decided to walk around the scaling grounds to visit the park's best features, such as the Bandshell concert spot and the Bethesda fountain. The newlyweds then decided to take a trip and start celebrating their elopement early in Times Square, to enjoy the urban hub and take in the city. Photography by Andrea Fischman.
